Katni News: शहर के गांधीगंज क्षेत्र अंतर्गत आबादी के बीच संचालित होने वाले गेम जोन में सोमवार सुबह शार्ट सर्किट के कारण आग भडक़ गई। देखते ही देखते आग ने भयंकर रूप से लिया। आग के कारण लाखों रुपए का सामान जलकर खाक हो गया है। संचालक को बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है। वहीं एक वृद्ध महिला बाल बाल बची, उन्हें सुरक्षित बचा लिया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार हल्दीराम गली नई बस्ती स्थित राहुल गुप्ता की राहुल गेम जोन में सोमवार सुबह लगभग 10 बजे अचानक आग भडक़ गई। संभावना यह है कि आग शार्ट सर्किट के कारण भडक़ी है। आग लगते ही यहां पर रखा हुआ फ्रीज, काउंटर, कंप्यूटर, टीवी सहित अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण लाखों रुपए के जलकर खाक हो गए हैं।
एसी भी शार्ट सर्किट में राख हो गया है। इसके अलावा अन्य कीमती सामान भी जलकर नष्ट हुआ है। कुछ नकद रुपए भी जलने की बात सामने आई है।

राहुल गेम जोन में हादसा
गांधीगंज क्षेत्र में राहुल गुप्ता के द्वारा राहुल गेम जोन संचालित किया जा रहा था। यहां पर कंप्यूटर सेंटर भी था, जहां पर बड़ी संख्या में युवक युवती पहुंचते थे। यह तो गनीमत रही की सुबह अग्नि हादसा हुआ, इस दौरान यहां पर कोई मौजूद नहीं था। आबादी के बीच सेंटर में बगैर सुरक्षा उपायों के संचालन से ऐसे हादसे होने पर आग पर काबू पाने ठोस इंतजाम आवश्यक हैं।
घर पर मौजूद थी महिला
इस दौरान राहुल गुप्ता की मां त्रिवेणी गुप्ता (55) साल गेम जोन के ऊपर ही घर पर मौजूद थी। यहां से निकल रहे राहगीर आशीष शुक्ला व प्रीतेश बिलैया ने देखा कि दुकान के अंदर से भयंकर धुआं उठ रहा है। देखते ही देखते भयंकर धुएं का गुबार निकलने लगा। आशीष शुक्ला ने राहुल गुप्ता को आवाज लगाई, जमकर शोर मचाया और आग लगने की जानकारी दी।
स्थानीय लोगों ने फायर ब्रिगेड को सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही फायर ब्रिगेड प्रभारी शैलेंद्र दुबे दो दमकल वाहन लेकर के घटना स्थल पर पहुंचे और कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद शटर को तोडकऱ आग पर काबू पाया गया।

Katni. A fire broke out due to short circuit on Monday morning in a game zone operating in the middle of the population under Gandhi Ganj area of the city.
The fire took a terrible form in no time. Goods worth lakhs of rupees have been burnt to ashes due to the fire. The operator has suffered a huge loss. At the same time, an old woman narrowly escaped, she has been rescued safely.
According to the information, a fire suddenly broke out in Rahul Gupta’s Rahul Game Zone located in Haldiram Gali Naya Basti at around 10 am on Monday morning. It is likely that the fire broke out due to short circuit. As soon as the fire broke out, the fridge, counter, computer, TV and other electronic equipment kept here worth lakhs of rupees have been burnt to ashes.
The AC has also been reduced to ashes due to short circuit. Apart from this, other valuable goods have also been burnt to ashes. It has also been learnt that some cash was also burnt.
Accident in Rahul Game Zone
Rahul Gupta was running Rahul Game Zone in Gandhiganj area. There was also a computer centre here, where a large number of young men and women used to visit. It was fortunate that the fire accident happened in the morning, during which no one was present here. In case of such accidents due to running of centres without safety measures in the middle of the population, concrete arrangements are necessary to control the fire.
Woman was present at home
During this time, Rahul Gupta’s mother Triveni Gupta (55) was present at home above the game zone. Passersby Ashish Shukla and Preetesh Bilaiya, who were passing by, saw that heavy smoke was rising from inside the shop. Soon a thick cloud of smoke started coming out. Ashish Shukla called Rahul Gupta, made a lot of noise and informed about the fire.
Local people informed the fire brigade. On receiving the information, fire brigade in-charge Shailendra Dubey reached the spot with two fire engines and after a lot of hard work, the fire was controlled by breaking the shutter.
