Katni News : प्रभारी मंत्री से मिला ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर का प्रतिनिधिमंडल, कहा प्रस्तावित योजना 1986 से नो प्रोफिट-नो लॉस के आधार पर 30 वर्ष की लीज पर आवंटन के लिए 266 ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनी हैं पंजीकृत, मात्र 114 प्लाट हैं आवंटित
Katni News : शहर में ट्रांसपोर्ट कारोबार जनता के लिए नासूर बना हुआ है। 40 साल से पुरैनी में शिफ्ट करने कवायद नगर निगम, जनप्रतिनिधि कर रहे हैं, लेकिन राजनीतिक रोटियां सेंकते ही जनता के मुद्दे को जिम्मेदार ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दे रहे हैं। शनिवार को प्रभारी मंत्री राव उदय प्रताप सिंह कटनी कटनी पहुंचे, तो फिर मुद्दा उठा।
इस पर अब कारोबारियों को दो-टूक कह दिया गया है कि 60 दिवस के अंदर निर्माण कर कारोबार शिफ्ट करें। इस दोरान ट्रांसपोर्ट ऐसासिएशन ने अपनी बात रखी और 266 कारोबारियों को नो-पॉफिट नो-लॉस में प्लाट आवंटित किए जाने की मांग दोहराई। 29 सितंबर 2010 में सचिव नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग के जारी हुए आदेश का हवाला भी दिया।
हालांकि योजना चालू करने के दौरान कम ट्रांसपोर्टरों ने आवेदन किया था, अब कलेक्टर गाइड लाइन के अनुसार 115 कारोबारियों को लीज आवंटन की प्रक्रिया को मुद्दा बनाया जा रहा है।

ट्रांसपोर्ट एसोसिएशन ने अब 60 दिन में वहां पर निर्माण कराते हुए शिफ्ट करने का दावा किया है, बशर्ते ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर में पानी, बिजली और स्ट्रीट लाइट सहित नक्शे की सुविधा मिल जाएगी तब। ट्रांसपोर्ट एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष बीएम तिवारी ने बताया कि 50 नक्शे पास हुए हैं, लगभग 50 लोगों को और नक्शे पास करना है, लेकिन नहीं हो पा रहे। 7 दिन के अंदर सुविधाएं नगर निगम द्वारा मुहैया कराई जाती है तो 60 दिन के अंदर निर्माण कर चालू कराने पहल शुरू कर दी जाएगी।
बीएम तिवारी ने कहा कि शेष 115 ट्रांसपोर्ट कारोबारी हैं, उनको प्लांट आवंटित करने के लिए प्रभारी मंत्री ने कलेक्टर से प्रस्ताव बनाकर भेजने कहा है। विधायक और कलेक्टर से प्रभारी मंत्री ने कहा कि महापौर, विधायक के साथ बैठक कर प्रस्ताव तैयार भेजें, शहरहित में शीघ्र निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

यह रखी मांग
एसोसिएशन ने सौंपे ज्ञापन में कहा कि इस बहुप्रतीक्षित योजना का शिलान्यास मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा 15 वर्ष पूर्व किया गया था, अब तक अपूर्ण है। व्यापारियों की उपेक्षा के साथ व्यवहारिक रूप से हमें प्रताडि़त भी किया है। धमकी भरे नोटिस दिए जा रहे हैं। आधे अधूरे ट्रांसपोर्ट कम्पनियों की रजिस्ट्री की गई है उनके नक्शे पास नहीं हो रहे और नगर निगम बार-बार यह चेतावनी देती है
कि हम आपकी राजस्ट्री रद्द कर भूखण्ड निरस्त कर देंगे। प्रभारी मंत्री से परिस्थितियों का अवलोकन करते हुए सभी ट्रांसपोर्ट व्यवसायियों को भूखण्ड मुहैया कराने मांग रखी, ताकि सुचारू व्यापारिक व्यवस्था के साथ शहर की बांधित यातायात व्यवस्था सुधर सके।

ट्रांसपोर्ट कारोबार के कारण शहरवासियों सहित बाहर से आने वाले लोगों को भारी पीड़ा उठानी पड़ रही है। जाम के साथ हादसों की आशंका बनी रहती है। ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के शिफ्टिंग में बरती जा रही हीलाहवाली को उजागर किया गया है, जिसके बाद कलेक्टर ने भी मामले को संज्ञान में लिया है। शनिवार को प्रभारी मंत्री ने भी शीघ्र शिफ्ट काराने व समस्या का समाधान कराए जाने आदेश दिए हैं।

The order issued by the Secretary of Urban Administration Department on 29 September 2010 was also cited. Although fewer transporters had applied at the time of starting the scheme, now the process of allotment of lease to 115 businessmen as per the Collector’s guidelines is being made an issue.
The Transport Association has now claimed to shift the businessmen after constructing the place within 60 days, provided the Transport Nagar will have the facilities of water, electricity and street lights along with the map. Transport Association President BM Tiwari said that 50 maps have been passed, maps of about 50 more people have to be passed, but it is not happening.
If the facilities are provided by the Municipal Corporation within 7 days, then the initiative will be started to construct and start the business within 60 days. BM Tiwari said that the remaining 115 are transport businessmen, the Minister-in-Charge has asked the Collector to prepare a proposal for allotment of plants to them. The Minister-in-Charge told the MLA and the Collector that the Mayor and MLA should hold a meeting and send the proposal, a decision will be taken soon in the interest of the city.

Along with neglecting the traders, we have also been harassed practically. Threatening notices are being given. The registration of transport companies has been done incompletely
Their maps are not being passed and the Municipal Corporation repeatedly warns that we will cancel your registry and cancel the plot. Observing the circumstances, a demand was made to the Minister in charge to provide plots to all the transport businessmen, so that along with smooth business system, the blocked traffic system of the city can be improved.
Due to the transport business, the people coming from outside along with the city residents have to bear a lot of trouble. There is a possibility of accidents along with jams. The procrastination being done in the shifting of Transport Nagar has been exposed, after which the Collector has also taken cognizance of the matter. On Saturday, the Minister in charge has also ordered to get the shift done soon and solve the problem.
