नई दिल्ली: (Congress Vs INDIA Alliance vs Congress) कांग्रेस ने व्यापक आंतरिक विचार-विमर्श के बाद लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए कुछ राज्यों में (INDIA Alliance) ‘इंडिया’ गठबंधन की समान विचारधारा वाली पार्टियों के साथ सीट बंटवारे पर बातचीत शुरू कर दी है और
सूत्रों ने कहा कि पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं को गठबंधन (INDIA Alliance vs Congress) के अन्य सभी नेताओं से संपर्क करने के लिए कहा गया है और कुछ दलों के साथ तो बातचीत शुरू भी हो गई है. सूत्रों के अनुसार पंजाब और दिल्ली में (AAP) आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ सीट बंटवारे को लेकर औपचारिक बातचीत सोमवार से शुरू हो सकती हैं
कांग्रेस की पांच सदस्यीय समिति पहले ही सीट-बंटवारे (INDIA Alliance & Congress) पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस प्रमुखों के साथ आंतरिक परामर्श कर चुकी है और पार्टी प्रमुख मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे को अपने निष्कर्ष सौंप चुकी है. मुकुल वासनिक जो इस समिति के संयोजक और वरिष्ठ नेता अशोक गहलोत और भूपेश बघेल सदस्य हैं. अन्य दलों के साथ सीट बंटवारे पर बातचीत की सहमति 28 दलों के विपक्षी गठबंधन द्वारा आगामी लोकसभा चुनावों में भाजपा से एकजुट होकर मुकाबला करने के फैसले के बाद हुई है.

तमिलनाडु में कांग्रेस का द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कषगम (द्रमुक), बिहार में (राजद) राष्ट्रीय जनता दल और (यूनाइटेड) जनता दल , झारखंड में (झामुमो) झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा और असम में अन्य पार्टियों के साथ चुनाव-पूर्व गठबंधन है लेकिन कुछ प्रमुख राज्यों में कुछ मुख्य दलों के साथ उसका कोई गठबंधन नहीं है इनमें से सबसे अधिक गतिरोध वाले राज्यों में पश्चिम बंगाल, केरल, पंजाब और दिल्ली शामिल हैं, (INDIA Alliance vs Congress) जहां (INDIA Alliance) ‘इंडिया’ गठबंधन के सहयोगियों के साथ सीट-बंटवारे की व्यवस्था की कठिनाई को पार्टी के अंदरूनी सूत्रों ने स्वीकार किया है.

केरल में लोकसभा की 20 सीट में से 19 कांग्रेस गठबंधन (INDIA Alliance vs Congress) के पास है और यहां कांग्रेस का (माकपा) मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के साथ समझौता होना कठिन प्रतीत होता है क्योंकि उसे अपनी कुछ मौजूदा सीटें गठबंधन सहयोगियों बीच बांटनी होगी. यही हाल पंजाब में हैं आप AAP और कांग्रेस दोनों की प्रदेश इकाइयां अपनी-अपनी जीत को लेकर आश्वस्त हैं और कोई भी समझौता नहीं करना चाहतीं. सूत्रों ने बताया, कि केरल जैसे अन्य राज्यों की प्रदेश कांग्रेस इकाइयों ने भी इस तरह के सीट-बंटवारे का विरोध किया है.
क्या अखिलेश यादव से बनेगी बात?

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष खरगे ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सभी 545 लोकसभा क्षेत्रों पर काम कर रही है और सभी सीटों के लिए पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त किए हैं लेकिन कौन सी पार्टी किस सीट पर चुनाव लड़ेगी और कितनी सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी, इसका फैसला विपक्षी गठबंधन के सभी घटकों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के बाद जल्द ही किया जाएगा और यह पूछे जाने पर कि पार्टी कितनी सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी, उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हमने पहले ही सभी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए संसदीय पर्यवेक्षकों को अंतिम रूप दे दिया है और हम प्रत्येक संसदीय क्षेत्र में जाकर आकलन करेंगे.

Congress has pre-poll alliance with Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) in Tamil Nadu, (RJD) Rashtriya Janata Dal and (United) Janata Dal in Bihar, (JMM) Jharkhand Mukti Morcha in Jharkhand and other parties in Assam to name but a few major states. It has no alliance with some of the main parties in the U.S. The most deadlocked states include West Bengal, Kerala, Punjab and Delhi, where (INDIA Alliance) is facing difficulty in arranging seat-sharing with its ‘India’ alliance partners. This has been accepted by party insiders.
Is compromise not possible in Kerala also?
In Kerala, 19 out of 20 Lok Sabha seats are with the Congress alliance and here it seems difficult for the Congress (CPI-M) to reach an agreement with the Communist Party of India-Marxist as it will have to distribute some of its existing seats among the alliance partners. Same is the situation in Punjab, the state units of both AAP and Congress are confident of their respective victories and do not want to make any compromise. Sources said that state Congress units of other states like Kerala have also opposed such seat-sharing.
Will talks be made with Akhilesh Yadav?
All is not looking well between Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress in Uttar Pradesh, especially considering Akhilesh Yadav’s recent statements regarding him not being given any seat in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections and Kamal Nath’s Akhilesh is angry with Congress because of the statements.
